last friday i celebrated an anniversary. wore the pop dress, felt beautiful, and received so many compliments.

when i think about my time at nanette, i think about the most recent months and how eventful (& wonderful!) they have been. i often find myself forgetting about the start, where it all began…

nanette’s show in feb. of 2010 was the first fashion show i had been to (aside from the ones i worked) and it still remains one of my favorite fashion experiences to date.

friday favorite: tailored two-tone blazer

at the past few events and gatherings i’ve been to for nanette, at least one of our team members has been sporting this super trendy two-tone lace jacket. in our office it’s usually paired with lace shorts (pictured on adela, right); so i was excited to see london blogger, stella from stella’s wardrobe, pair it with a leather skirt (left). a jacket with this shape could have had an incredibly corporate feel but in both looks, both ladies pull the jacket off with a youthful flare.
